Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return & exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return your item. Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping. You will have to pay for a return shipping label through your local shipping provider.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and contain a packaging slip, order number, or name/email. If your package does not contain one of these, we cannot identify your order. Therefore, your order will be rejected and restocked without refund.
If you opted to make monthly payments on an order during checkout and would like to return your item, you will have to complete the full payment before starting the return process.
To exchange an item: Return your original item back to us. We will refund your order. You can then purchase a new item from our shop. The exchange process follows the same rules and conditions as the return process above.
Items not eligible for returns & exchanges include:
- Bulk orders
- Sale and gift card items
- It has been over 30 days since receiving your order
- Item has been washed
- The item appears to have been worn
- Tags are missing
- Missing identification in the packaging
- Items sent back to us without return approval
Refunds:
We will refund your order if your item has one or more of the following problems listed below:
- Major print defects
- Incorrect item received
- Damage due to shipping
You will be required to send photographic evidence if you think you qualify for a full refund. Click the "start a return" link at the top or bottom of this page to begin the refund process.
We reserve the right to decline a return, exchange, or refund if we determine that it does not meet our return & exchange policy. This may include situations where the item appears to have been used, intentionally damaged, or does not qualify under our rules. We will carefully review each case before making a decision. If a return, exchange, or refund is refused, we will provide a clear explanation.
